They had a list every week and then there were a lot of internal activities whether it was sing-along or outside entertainment coming in. For example, on the first Thursday of the month they went out to eat or went to a movie. The staff was very well picked and very well suited for what they were doing. You could see that they enjoyed being with them as well. You could see the response from the person they were caring for and how they were responding as well. They enjoyed what they were doing, and they truly cared for the people that they were dealing with it was evident. The staff, from what we observed, was much more interactive and positive. It was a little bit bigger facility, and they had more than an adequate amount of staff. Dan Fairmont of Washington Township was a nice facility.
